Summer can be really tough on our hair and the halo is a great option to keep your hair healthy and long. The number one question we get asked is if you can wear your halo in the pool? We would NOT recommend wearing the halo in the pool, lake, or beach water! Pools are treated with chemicals and are already hard on your natural hair! Unlike your natural hair where your scalp can repair the hair from damage the chemicals and hard minerals will cause, the Halo has no way to “repair itself.” Exposure to harsh chemicals and minerals will diminish the integrity of the hair much quicker and we want your halo to last for as long as it can.

The only way I recommend getting the halo wet is to wash it and use the HALOCOUTURE Wet Line on it!
